Classic Opera now has two progeny with Team GBR Eventing Olympic Gold Medallist & three time CCI5* winner Laura Collett in Geminis Classic Symphony and Munnings.

In 2023, 2022, & Geminis Classic Opera had foals in the top 10 foals of Great Britain under the Sport Horse Breeding of Great Britain Foal Gradings. In 2023 his son Geminis Storm was the 2nd highest ranked foal in the UK on the same basis under the judging of former Burghley winner Judy Bradwell; the striking colt scored a range of 9's and 10's and in 2022 his son Perfect Expectation was the 3rd highest ranked foal in the UK and on grading scores and in 

Geminis Classic Opera is directly related to three different CCI5* winners:- Mary King's Kentucky CCI5* winner Kings Temptress, William Fox-Pitt's Kentucky CCI5* winner Cool Mountain & Boyd Martin's 2021 Maryland CCI5* winner On Cue.

Geminis Classic Opera is also directly related via Weltmeyer to the Rio Olympic Eventing Bronze medallist Santano II ridden by Chris Burton (AUS) who is also one of the few horses to ever have beaten Upsilon at CCI4*-L when Santano II won Saumur CCI4*-L pipping Upsilon into 2nd place.

Geminis Classic Opera is also directly related to Izzy Taylor's Team GBR Eventer Monkeying Around (via BOTH) Donnerhall & Weltmeyer) who was 10th at the European Eventing Championships (2021), WON Bramham CCI4*-L (2022) & was the World Young Horse Eventing Individual Champion at Mondial Du Lion as a 6 year old.

It is no surprise that Geminis Classic Opera has gained enormous support from both the very best Eventing & Showing mare owners around the world. Geminis Classic Opera is a British Eventing winner himself on his dressage score as just a 5 year old, a BSJA prize winner as just a 5 year old.

Geminis Classic Opera also shares paternal bloodlines via the Holstein Licensing Champion of Show Jumpers Chico's Boy with the Rio Olympics (2016) selected eventer Chico Bella P ridden by Team GBR's Gemma Tattersall and with the show jumper Denver whom Holly Smith Show Jumped for Team GBR at the Tokyo Olympics (2021).

Prior to standing at Stud, Classic Opera was shown very successfully In Hand as a Hunter, Sports Horse & Small Hunter and SHP; and won and went Champion on every outing as a 3 year old at County Level. As a 3 year old he was a Horse of the Year Show Cuddy In Hand Finalist having been produced by Steve Pitt.

In 202 3Geminis Classic Opera’s progeny had accumulated 49 WINNERS at County level in a range of classes from Sports Horse Breeding, Hunter Breeding, Riding horse Breeding & Hack Breeding. The range of classes where Geminis Classic Opera’s progeny have won clearly demonstrate his versatility as a sire across many types of mares.

Gemini Classic Opera's sire Classic Primitive was himself a British Eventing Breeding Young Horse Champion and has now sired British Eventing Advanced Class winners including Something Classical who won the BE Advanced class at Allerton in 2023.  Classic Primitive had two progeny competing in the prestigious British Eventing 8 & 9 year Advanced Class at Aston Le Walls in 2019 and was the ONLY sire to have 2 or more progeny in the class. Classic Primitive was also a Reserve Champion Nationally in The Futurity for Show Jumping and an Elite Scorer in 2007.

Geminis Classic Opera’s dam the black Hanoverian Elite Graded mare Weltmusik was ranked by the British Equestrian Federation as the highest ranked broodmare for dressage in Great Britain in 2007 as a result of her progeny’s winning performance in the B.E.F. Futurity. Weltmusik is full sister to the State Premium mare "Why Not" and Weltmusik is also the dam of the WINNING PSG dressage mare "Summer Night City" (who is also a winning BE Eventer!!) and The Futurity National Champion across all disciplines "Furst Opera" who scored a perfect 10 for type!.

Geminis Classic Opera’s progeny are well known for their excellent temperaments and are particularly easy to produce as youngstock; making him popular with professionals and amateurs alike. He has been used by Great Britain’s most successful mare owners including on including a Burghley CCI5* mare, CCI4* mares, and multiple Horse of the Year Show and Royal International Mares. He has been used by mare owners in the UK,USA & Ireland.

FULL SIBLING # 1 - The Advanced Eventer The Classic Composer - Geminis Classic Opera is FULL BROTHER to the 16.2hh Advanced Eventer The Classic Composer ridden by Harry Meade. The combination had an average dressage score of just 28.55 across all runs in their last season together.

FULL SIBLING #2 - The Sport Horse Breeding of Great Britain Head Studbook mare Geminis Classic Valentine is full sister to Classic Opera. Geminis Classic Valentine was shown 3 times under saddle as a 5 year old in 2019 with Aimee Stunt and Martha Jobling Purser and won on all three occasions including going Reserve Champion at Mid Herts and winning at the BSPS Summer Champs. Geminis Classic Valentine had her first foal in 2021 a filly;  and she sold at The Sovereign Auction to a current Team GBR Eventing Gold Medallist.

Classic Opera's foals regularly sell for in excess of £10,000 and this figure is set to rise as he continues to be in favour with British Olympic Event Riders now that he has offspring with two of them and with a British CCI5* winning rider.
