Description

Chacco Volo has exceeded all expectations during his first year out of young horse classes. In 2021 he produced exceptional results with the highlight being a clear and 7th place in the 1.50/1.60 4* Grand Prix in Vilamoura. Other notable results include numerous double clears and placings in 3* and 4* ranking classes and a top 3 finish in the Grade C Final at Horse of the Year Show. He combines amazing breeding, ridability, scope, carefulness and an amazing trainable attitude.

Chacco Volo is by the world famous Chacco blue who himself had many successes including finishing 3rd in the Grand Prix of Aachen and winning the grand prix of Neumünster. The late Chacco Blue has for two consecutive years topped the prestigious Rolex WBFSH showjumping sire ranking.

Chacco Volo has been slowly and carefully produced with always the bigger picture in mind. As a 5 and 6 year old he jumped countless clears and placings in his retrospective age classes, competing all over Europe and placing in many young horse finals. Coming of age as a 7 year old he has achieved great things in limited outings throughout 2020. He was placed 9 out of 10 times in the 7 year old classes at Vilamoura finishing the tour with 13th place in the 7 year old 1.45 final. On returning to the UK, he went on to finish 3rd in the Bolesworth Young Horse 7 year old final in August qualifying the World Young Horse Championships in Lanaken.
